Living in time

Perception enlarged to a full scope,
not zoomed in like a microscope,
infinite rhymes, I can see that,
swimming in it, I can feel that,
words are abundant like salt in the ocean,
extend my hand and extract salt from the potion,
similar to words dissolved in the mind,
they say seek and you shall find,
one way to God is to sharpen the mind,
once it is sharp only then can you turn it off,
a broken compass can only get you lost,

The mind is like a knife,
a sharp knife cuts nothing,
a dull knife cuts everything,
the sharpest of minds are the quiet and patient,
always in a state of meditation,
always in a state of nothing,
one with the global mind,
sipping from the well of life,
resurrecting all of my past lives,
whether buddha, krishna or christ,
krishnamurti or patanjali,
I tap into all of them..
